APCC One-Year Subscription Renewal Process
Determine if you need or want to renew your subscription to APCC
- Download and install APCC version 1.9.0.x (or later). Remember: If your installed version is 1.8.8.17 or earlier, you must UNINSTALL all previous versions of APCC. This is required due to the new version of the Eltima Virtual Ports Driver that will be installed. You will NOT lose your settings, models, horizon or meridian limits. If you have a later version, you can install over the previous version.
- Launch APCC and click on Help>View/Update License Subscription. Your current license date will display as well a s list of features that were either enabled or not based on your license date.
- Click the Purchase Subscription Renewal button. You will be connected to the appropriate APCC page of the DigitalRiver MyCommerce webpage.
Email Address Associated with Your License
What is your email license used for?
- The email address that you use for this purchase MUST be the same as the email address in our APCC Database. This validates that you presently have a license and are entitled to the renewal.
- Your new license key will be sent to the address that you use to make your purchase.
How do I find out the email address that is in the APCC database?
- For most people, it is the same as the email address that is part of your license key. You can look at your present license key.

How do I change my email address in the APCC database?
For many people, the email address in our database is the one they still want to use. No further action is necessary.
However, we realize that you may want to use a different email address for this license. Please follow the procedure at the following link: Retrieve Your APCC License or Change Your Email Address
What should I consider if I use PayPal to make online purchases?
If you use plan to use your PayPal account to pay for your online purchase and that email address is NOT the same as your APCC email, you will not automatically receive your new APCC license key. You will have to contact our office to obtain your license key.
Once you complete your purchase, your new license key will display. You will also receive an email with your license key.
Copy and paste it into the Update License Subscription window in APCC (the same window that has the Purchase Subscription Renewal button).
