After downloading, unzip it then double-click "setup.exe" for ATMOSFRINGE self-installation. 

Background:

ATMOSFRINGE is a powerful Interferogram Analysis Software used to extract quantitative wavefront measurements from a laser interferogram.

ATMOSFRINGE was the first Interferogram Analysis program that was available at a very affordable price, especially when compared with other programs for analyzing interferograms. Now, as a free program, it is accessible to more users. 
This allows not only big companies to produce accurate measurements of the accuracy of their optics but also small workshops and even amateurs can produce qualitative / quantitative test reports from their interferometers.
